Spa services, hair colour services, and other technical services cannot be booked online at this time. These services require more information to be booked properly.
Yes, you need to have an account to make an online booking. If you have used this service before, log in to your existing account to get started. If you are a new user, you will need to start by creating a new account.
This is not the same account that is used for online purchases from the SwizzleSticks.com website. If you have never made an online booking with us before you will need to create a new account, you will be prompted to do this during the booking process.
Once your online booking has been made you will receive an email with the appointment details. If you are an existing customer, you confirm your online booking the same way you would a regular appointment (if you have DemandForce text/email notifications enabled you will receive a confirmation message several days prior to your appoint, otherwise you will receive a confirmation call from our CGS team prior to the appointment). If you are a new guest our Communications and Guests Services (CGS) team will call you to verify your account (verification process explain below).
Once your new online account has been created and your first online booking has been placed, our CGS team will contact you by phone to verify your account. They will ensure that you have booked for the correct time, service, and with the correct stylist. They will also require either a SwizzleSticks' Gift Card (gift cards can be purchased online here) or valid Credit Card number to hold your appointment.
To cancel an appointment you must call us at (403) 270-7333. At that time or CGS team can assist you by moving your appointment to a different day or time, changing the type of service you are receiving or canceling the appointment entirely. Please note that we have a 24-hour cancelation policy for all of our salon appointments.
Currently, when you book online you pay for your full appointment in-store after your service is complete. However, we do offer SwizzleSticks Gift Cards that can be purchased online from our website here. These are dollar amount gift cards that can be used to pay for your service or products in-store.
You can check your online bookings by clicking the "book now" button above and logging into your online booking account. Once logged in, you can access the "view appointments" button from the drop-down menu located under your name at the top of the screen. The view appointments page will display the next 3 online bookings you have made with this account.
