SwizzleSticks Spa is pleased to offer our guests the ability to participate in our new eClaims program. This program allows spa guests who are receiving an insurable treatment to submit claims to their insurance provider more efficiently. With the help of Telus Helth eClaims, SwizzleSticks can now submit claims for insurable treatments on your behalf at the time of your appointment, leaving you with more time to relax! Insurable Spa treatments such as massage and acupuncture can be eClaimed if the service provider has registered for Telus Health eClaims.
When you come for your next appointment at SwizzleSticks Spa (1211 Kensington Road NW. Calgary, AB. on the 3rd floor) please let our front desk communications & guests services agents know that you plan to sign up for eClaims. They will present you with a form that collects your insurance information and that gives your consent to have your insurance claims submitted electronically. This form only needs to be filled out once, at your first appointment. At future appointments your eClaims information will already be in our system, making your claim submissions even easier.
Signing up for eClaims is a very simple process. We require some basic information about you and the primary holder of any secondary coverage you wish to use (full name, date of birth, etc.). Additionally, we require the following information from your primary (and if applicable secondary) insurance coverage:
Don't worry, if your insurance company isn't listed as a participating partner of Telus Health eClaims we still offer you a receipt for any of the insurable treatments that you receive. eClaiming is currently only available for the insurance companies that have partnered with Telus Health. The list of partnered insurance companies is continuously growing and we will be sure to update our list of participating companies as more are added.
