Our Make-up Artists and Aveda Purefessionals are skilled in the creation of the perfect daily régime and fashion look for you, from simple and natural to “hot” and trend-conscious. We are at your service whether we are providing special-event make-up application, skin care and cosmetics analysis, updating your current look or spending some quality time with you helping select your personal régime and look and then teaching you how to achieve it at home.

Our Purefessionals will spend 20 to 30 minutes with you doing a skin care analysis and helping you choose the best skin care regime while recommending Aveda Color Cosmetics to create your own look at home. This is a working consultation and a finished make-up application suitable to for public appearance, is not the goal of this service and is not usually achieved.
Our Purefessional Make-up Artist will complete a finished make-up application for you.
When to choose: This service is suitable for creating professional looking make-up looks for parties, photos, weddings (not including Bride), public appearances and other special occasions where you want to look your very best.

When to choose: Weddings are usually busy and tense times. As with wedding dresses you would never have your dress delivered the day of the Wedding intending to wear it that day without a fitting. In the same spirit we require that ALL Brides have a trial Bridal make-up application at least 2 weeks in advance of the wedding to determine the style and extent of the look that will be created for the Bride by our Purefessional on the day of the wedding itself. Both appointments carry a $50.00 charge and should be booked with the same Purefessional. Trials are available for Bridesmaids but are not required. Swizzlesticks uses Aveda™ natural cosmetics so if a bride or bridesmaid wishes to use water-proof (synthetic) mascara, we request she supply and bring the product of her choice to be applied during the Wedding Day application
This service is suitable for Guest’s looking to be taught the proper foundations and skill set for make-up selection and application. After a skin care consultation and analysis of the style and look the Guest wishes to achieve, a complete recommendation will be made followed by a hands-on “look and try” make-up application instructional. This is a working consultation and a finished make-up application suitable for public appearance is not the goal of this service and is not usually achieved.
When to choose: This service is for the Guest who is making a dramatic change to her make-up style and look or for the woman who is seriously considering beginning to wear make-up for the first time. This service is especially recommended for teens and young women looking to develop good basic skills in the selection and application of skin care and make-up.
Our Professionals will create a fashion-shaped brow through the use of tweezing and trimming as well as the application of color/shape enhancing brow make-up if desired.
When to choose: This service should be chosen when a strong, fashion shape to the brow is desired. No waxing is used in this service. Brow waxing produces a more natural brow shape and is available in our Spa.
Whether you purchase your lash set from Swizzlesticks or bring in your own. We will apply your temporary strip or individual lashes for you. Price for application of individual lashes application may vary and is based upon the time it takes to complete the desired application. We do not currently do permanent lash applications.
