At Swizzlesticks Salon, we have arranged our styling team into groups (or strata) to define our pricing for salon services and to indicate to our Guests the level of accomplishment each stylist has achieved.
Our newest team members are our Technicians and apprentices who have completed professional school but are not ready to work with our Guests yet.
New Talents Stylists are top performing apprentices who are well schooled and now well-trained by our own in-house Education Team but are only gently experienced as independent stylists.
Our Strata Level system begins with our Advanced Stylists, followed by our Senior Stylists. Directors and UMA Stylists form our Master Class with UMA Stylists being the most seasoned, celebrated and skilled members of our team.
