This is a difficult post for us to write. We must adhere to these new rules set forth by Manulife Insurance, but it doesn't mean that we necessarily agree with them for our valued Spa guests.
For all things there is a season and the time has come where change is inevitable.
Since the fall of 2008 we have experienced price increases from nearly 100% of our suppliers. Business Taxes have increased on our premises by more than 140% over this period while our rent was increased by 15% this past February.
We have struggled to absorb these costs in order to protect our Guests from price increases.

It seems these days that sleek is well… not so chic! For a couple of years now we have noticed that long, actively and laboriously straight hair has begun to seek its freedom and that the "it" hair to have is fashionably becoming more voluptuous. Think fresh young girl/woman clad only in a gauzy, all-natural sun dress and lip gloss, sipping organic tea in the garden with a massive cloud of hair swirling about her in a gentle breeze.
